In the course of our work, we sometimes need to handle personal information so that we can provide you with the most appropriate services.

Requesting information held about you

Under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, you have the right to request and, in most cases, receive a copy of the information we hold about you.

Please make your request to us in writing and provide:

• Details about yourself and the information you are seeking
• Proof of your identity, including your name, date of birth and current address (eg. a copy of your birth certificate, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of your current address (eg. a bank statement, recent utilities bill or council tax bill)

We will process your request within one month of receiving proof of your identity.
