Requesting information held about you
Under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, you have the right to request and, in most cases, receive a copy of the information we hold about you.
Please make your request to us in writing and provide:
- Details about yourself and the information you are seeking
- Proof of your identity, including your name, date of birth and current address (eg. a copy of your birth certificate, passport or driving licence)
- Proof of your current address (eg. a bank statement, recent utilities bill or council tax bill)

We will process your request within one month of receiving proof of your identity.
