This consultation has now closed. NRW will use the feedback from the public consultation to inform our new charging schemes, which we intend to implement from 1 April 2023, subject to Ministerial approval.

All applicants must complete Part A. If you want to transfer all or part of your standalone water discharges permit (formerly called a discharge consent) to another person, you must fill in Part D1 to notify us of the transfer.
