This consultation has now closed. NRW will use the feedback from the public consultation to inform our new charging schemes, which we intend to implement from 1 April 2023, subject to Ministerial approval.
Before you apply
You will need to apply for a bespoke permit if you fall within Schedule 1 of the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010 (as amended), as described on the installations homepage. The link 'Do I need to apply for a permit or register an exemption' provides details of the different sectors where your activity may apply.
How to apply
On this page you’ll find application forms for a new bespoke permit and the guidance notes to complete the application forms. You must fill in part A and F and complete the appropriate part B sections.
