Consultation on our Permitting Publication Scheme

The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Functions) Order 2013 (the Functions Order) places a new duty on Natural Resources Wales to have a separate scheme relating specifically to information about permit applications and our permitting decisions. We refer to this as the ‘Permitting Publication Scheme’.

Publishing our consultation results

We will publish our full response to the consultation by 1st December 2014. It will include summary comments and queries we received in the responses and will outline our recommendations which will take these into account. The report will be on our website.
